Sparklr gives users an accurate depiction of what is happening locally or around the globe. A user takes a picture of something happening and uploads it to Sparklr. The app groups pictures into "sparks" based on time and location. Sparks can be viewed on a map, or by popularity. Sparks can be tagged and are searchable based on content, time, and location.
