Our online marketplace imports, exports and syncs product data to and from other marketplaces. Importing to our marketplace dramatically lowers the barrier of entry for sellers to join allowing us to get more sellers and products listed faster. Exporting provides sellers with incentive to join our marketplace as they will be able to easily post products onto marketplaces that have a community of buyers, along with our buyer community. Our API will allow marketplaces to sync all changes to product data, allow for the marketplaces to purchase new sellers that we've gathered. We will operate like amazon, having sellers as well as selling items ourselves. We plan to become the central hub of inventory synchronization among marketplaces allowing us to know sale trends caused by specific marketing strategies of marketplaces, our marketplace can replicate their marketing tactic dramatically increasing our marketing ROI because will be using strategies that are proven by marketplaces.
